Creamy Antipasti Tree with Olives and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 750g cream cheese
  • 100g chopped cooked artichoke hearts in oil (drained)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Handful chopped chives
  • Salt to taste

Decorations

  • 200g mixed olives
  • 100g sun dried tomatoes
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Cheese for star
  • Optional additions

Preparation

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped artichokes, garlic and chives and add salt to taste

  2. Spoon the mix into cling film and shape into a tree using your hands

  3. Remove the cling film

  4. Smooth the tree shape with a butter knife

  5. Add all decorations

  6. Top with a cheese star

  7. Serve with crackers and/or cured meats
