Creamy Antipasti Tree with Olives and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 750g cream cheese
- 100g chopped cooked artichoke hearts in oil (drained)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Handful chopped chives
- Salt to taste
Decorations
- 200g mixed olives
- 100g sun dried tomatoes
- Pomegranate seeds
- Fresh rosemary
- Cheese for star
- Optional additions
Preparation
Mix the cream cheese with the chopped artichokes, garlic and chives and add salt to taste
Spoon the mix into cling film and shape into a tree using your hands
Remove the cling film
Smooth the tree shape with a butter knife
Add all decorations
Top with a cheese star
Serve with crackers and/or cured meats
