Protein Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients

  • 80g strawberries
  • 50g sliced apples
  • cinnamon
  • butter or butter spray
  • 6 half slices of hovis wholemeal bread
  • 18g cinnamon sugar
  • 14g raisins
  • 120ml semi skimmed milk
  • 80ml grenade official white chocolate shake
  • 1 egg
  • jimjams spreads

Preparation

  1. Put strawberries and sliced apples into a pan and cook them down a little with cinnamon.

  2. Butter or use butter spray on 6 half slices of hovis wholemeal bread.

  3. Layer the bread with cinnamon sugar, the cooked apples and strawberries, and raisins.

  4. In a bowl, mix semi skimmed milk, grenade official white chocolate shake, and 1 egg, then whisk to combine.

  5. Pour the mixture over the bread and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

  6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until the top has browned to your liking.

  7. Let it cool a little, then add some jimjams spreads.

  8. Serve and enjoy.
