• 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup plant milk (i used cashew today)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil


  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until combined. The mixture will still have some lumps

  2. Add a knob of butter to a frying pan. When the butter has melted, add a 1/4 cup of mixture to frying pan. Once the pancake has started to bubble on the top, flip over
