Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- pepper
- 1 1/3 cups of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 cup of spring onion cut
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of spinach cut
- 1/2 cup of mushroom sliced
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
Preparation
Place the flour, salt, pepper water, paprika and combine well
Set aside
In a fry pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and all the veggies and sauté for 5 minutes
Add mixture to the batter and combine
Prepare the pancakes
