Delicious Savoury Pancakes with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 cup of spring onion cut
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of spinach cut
  • 1/2 cup of mushroom sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley

Preparation

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, water, and paprika well. Set aside.

  2. In a fry pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté all the veggies for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the sautéed mixture to the batter and combine.

  4. Prepare the pancakes.
