Delicious Savoury Pancakes with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- Pepper
- 1 1/3 cups of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 cup of spring onion cut
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of spinach cut
- 1/2 cup of mushroom sliced
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
Preparation
Combine flour, salt, pepper, water, and paprika well. Set aside.
In a fry pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté all the veggies for 5 minutes.
Add the sautéed mixture to the batter and combine.
Prepare the pancakes.
