Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 cup of spring onion cut
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of spinach cut
  • 1/2 cup of mushroom sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley

Preparation

  1. Place the flour, salt, pepper water, paprika and combine well

  2. Set aside

  3. In a fry pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and all the veggies and sauté for 5 minutes

  4. Add mixture to the batter and combine

  5. Prepare the pancakes
