Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour (I used oat flour)
- 2 Tbl. Sugar ( I used 1 1/2 of coconut sugar ?1 Tbl. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup non dairy milk, (I used almond)
- 1 Tbl. Apple cider vinegar ? 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients together well
In separate bowl combine wet ingredients, mix well then add to dry ingredients
