Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour (I used oat flour)
  • 2 Tbl. Sugar ( I used 1 1/2 of coconut sugar ?1 Tbl. Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup non dairy milk, (I used almond)
  • 1 Tbl. Apple cider vinegar ? 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients together well

  2. In separate bowl combine wet ingredients, mix well then add to dry ingredients

  3. Enjoy
