Ingredients

  • • 1 medium cauliflower head, chopped -
  • • about 5 TBSP nutritional yeast
  • • 1/2 tsp garlic powder -
  • • 1/2 tsp turmeric -
  • • 1/4 tsp paprika -
  • • splash of plant milk, for your desired consistency -
  • • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Steam/boil the cauliflower for 15 minutes until soft

  2. Drain the water from the pan through a colander, then pour the cauliflower back into the pan

  3. Blitz the cauliflower using a hand blender/blender until smooth

  4. Add the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, turmeric, paprika and further blitz or mix until combined

  5. Add a splash of plant milk until you get to your desired consistency! Enjoy as a dipping sauce or as a creamy cheese sauce for pasta
