Creamy Cashew Queso by David Carter
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- jalapeño to taste
- water as needed
Preparation
Soak the cashews for at least 2 hours or overnight and drain them.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix.
Blend until smooth, adding water to achieve the desired consistency.
