Cacao and Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries
- 2 large dates
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Organic Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Organic Vanilla Powder
- 1 handful of oats
- 1 tablespoon of Flax Seeds
- Around 150ml coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened nut milk
Topping
- a few fresh raspberries
- Organic Raw Cacao Nibs
- unsweetened desiccated coconut
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add another tablespoon of coconut cream.
Serving
Spoon the smoothie mixture into a bowl and scatter with unsweetened desiccated coconut, Organic Raw Cacao Nibs, and fresh raspberries.
