Cacao and Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries
  • 2 large dates
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of Organic Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Organic Vanilla Powder
  • 1 handful of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of Flax Seeds
  • Around 150ml coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened nut milk

Topping

  • a few fresh raspberries
  • Organic Raw Cacao Nibs
  • unsweetened desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add another tablespoon of coconut cream.

Serving

  1. Spoon the smoothie mixture into a bowl and scatter with unsweetened desiccated coconut, Organic Raw Cacao Nibs, and fresh raspberries.
