Valentines Breakfast Is Our…cacao & Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of frozen #raspberries
  • 2 large #dates
  • 1 heaped tbsp. of organic raw #cacao powder
  • 1/2 tps. of organic #vanilla powder
  • 1 handful of #oats
  • 1 tbsp. of #flax seeds
  • around 150ml #coconut cream (depending on thickness)
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened #nut milk
  • for the topping - a few fresh raspberries, organic raw #cacaonibs & unsweetened desiccated coconut equipment
  • blender or food processor

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the high-powered blender (or a food processor) and blitz until smooth

  2. If mix is too thick add another tbsp

  3. Of coconut cream

  4. To serve

  5. The clean supper club way of serving - spoon smoothie mix into a bowl and scatter with unsweetened desiccated coconut, organic raw cacao nibs and beautiful fresh raspberries
