Valentines Breakfast Is Our…cacao & Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of frozen #raspberries
- 2 large #dates
- 1 heaped tbsp. of organic raw #cacao powder
- 1/2 tps. of organic #vanilla powder
- 1 handful of #oats
- 1 tbsp. of #flax seeds
- around 150ml #coconut cream (depending on thickness)
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened #nut milk
- for the topping - a few fresh raspberries, organic raw #cacaonibs & unsweetened desiccated coconut equipment
- blender or food processor
Preparation
Place all ingredients into the high-powered blender (or a food processor) and blitz until smooth
If mix is too thick add another tbsp
Of coconut cream
To serve
The clean supper club way of serving - spoon smoothie mix into a bowl and scatter with unsweetened desiccated coconut, organic raw cacao nibs and beautiful fresh raspberries
