Refreshing Pink & Blue Chia Puddings

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ▫️1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (you can use any milk you like but these are naturally sweeter)
  • ▫️1 Tbsp maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener)
  • ▫️1 Tspn blue spirulina for blue or 1 Tbsp pink pitaya for pink
  • ▫️I love cinnamon so I added 1 Tspn cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Add chia seeds to your jar or container

  2. Add milk

  3. Mix well

  4. Add the remaining ingredients

  5. Mix well so all the chia seeds are scraped off the bottom

  6. Fridge for at least 1 hour or leave overnight for breakfast
