Baked Aubergine Crisps with Herbs and Salt
Ingredients
- 1 aubergine, thinly sliced
- Olive oil (for spraying)
- Salt (optional)
- Herbs
Preparation
Lay the slices flat on a baking tray
Spray with a little olive oil
Sprinkle over some salt (optional) and herbs
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices
Keep a close eye on them after 10 minutes to avoid burning
