Baked Aubergine Crisps with Herbs and Salt

Ingredients

  • 1 aubergine, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil (for spraying)
  • Salt (optional)
  • Herbs

Preparation

  1. Lay the slices flat on a baking tray

  2. Spray with a little olive oil

  3. Sprinkle over some salt (optional) and herbs

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices

  5. Keep a close eye on them after 10 minutes to avoid burning

  6. Enjoy
