Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
  • 2/3 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • extra mint leaves
  • extra cacao nibs
  • plant yogurt
  • chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Top with extra mint leaves, cacao nibs, plant yogurt, and chia seeds
