Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • Almond milk (keep adding in dashes until you get the desired consistency!)

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
