Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- Almond milk (keep adding in dashes until you get the desired consistency!)
Preparation
Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Top with your favorite nuts and fruits.
