Easy Paleo Fluffy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl.

  2. Add 1 mashed banana, 1.5 cups almond flour, 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the eggs and mix until well combined.

  3. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
