Loaded Tex-Mex Skillet with Organic Ground Beef, Black Beans, and Corn
Ingredients
- 1 lb organic ground beef
- 1 can black beans (Cullen's Foods)
- 1 cup corn
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes (Earth's Choice)
- 1/2 bottle of spicy taco sauce (Good Food for Good)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Option to serve with shredded cheddar
Preparation
Cook ground beef until no longer pink and drain excess fat.
Add diced onions and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, taco sauce, drained black beans, corn, and cooked rice.
Stir everything together and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Optional: Stir in shredded cheese.
Serve with sliced avocado and garnish with green onions.
