Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (125g) flour ?2.5 tsp (10g) baking powder
  • Pinch salt ?2 Tbsp (30ml) vegetable oil ?1 cup (250ml) milk
  • 2/3 cup (50ml) water

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together. ?‍? Fry in a HOT pan with some oil of your choice (I used rapeseed oil)

  2. I served mine with some cinnamon sugar, but for young children /toddlers you can serve plain with some fruit or as a savoury pancake with some grated DAIRY FREE cheese

  3. The recipe makes 6 pancakes. Each pancake contains the equivalent of 42ml milk or 1.47g milk protein
