Strawberry Beet Yogurt Freezer Bark

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tbsp beet juice
  • pomegranate seeds
  • sliced strawberries
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of plant-based yogurt & 2 tbsp beet juice - used it for color but you can easily omit

  2. Topped with pomegranate seeds, sliced strawberries, cacao nibs

  3. Popped in the freezer for three hours, remove & smash!
