Ingredients: I threw in 3 carrots; 1 stick of celery and half a courgette blitzed it all in my mini chopper added that to 4 eggs; 4 tablespoons of double cream; plenty of cheese (about 100g); seasoned with chilli and garlic salt and baked in the oven. I came home starving from school and had a huge slice (the slice pictured wasn't big enough; I had more; lol) and my boys came home from school and scoffed over half the quiche
