Vegan Soy Milk Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 300ml vegetable oil
- 100ml soy milk
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Make sure all your ingredients are room temperature.
Pour the oil into a jar and then add soy milk.
Blend with an immersion blender until thickened.
Add the rest of the ingredients, continue blending and enjoy.
Tips
Add any additional ingredients like herbs or spices for extra flavor.
