Carrot and Chickpea Patties
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of carrots
- 150g Chickpea flour
- Garlic powder
- 1 Flex egg
- Parsley
- Turmeric
- Salt
Preparation
Grate the carrots.
Chop up the parsley and the garlic.
Mix them together with the other ingredients.
Shape into patties and fry in a well-oiled pan until crispy.
