Healthier Granola Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Optional toppings
- dark chocolate
- flaky salt
- bee pollen
Preparation
Mix together the cashews, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup in a bowl until well-combined.
Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a muffin pan greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking and pack each mixture down tight.
Bake in the oven at 350F for about 25-30 minutes.
Let cool completely, otherwise they will fall apart.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
Sprinkle with flaky salt and enjoy!
