Nutritious Green Smoothie with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 4 large handfuls of spinach
  • 4 apples
  • 4 pears
  • 1 head of celery
  • 4-inch ginger

Preparation

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly

  2. Chop ginger and celery into smaller pieces if necessary

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender

  4. Blend until smooth, for about 1-2 minutes

  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
