Nutritious Green Smoothie with Fruits
Ingredients
- 4 large handfuls of spinach
- 4 apples
- 4 pears
- 1 head of celery
- 4-inch ginger
Preparation
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly
Chop ginger and celery into smaller pieces if necessary
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth, for about 1-2 minutes
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
