Zesty Citrus Spritz Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 tsp tajin spice
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Zest and juice of 1 blood orange
- Zest and juice of 1 grapefruit
- 2 ounces ginger simple syrup
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- Ice
Preparation
Grate zest onto a plate and add tajin spice. Mix gently to combine.
Add juice into a glass and add ginger simple syrup. Stir to combine.
Use a wedge of lime to wet one side of your cocktail glasses. Rim the glass, add ice. Add remaining rim spice into the glasses.
Strain juice over ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with dried orange and rosemary sprig.
