Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon @unicornsuperfoods immunity blend

For the Chocolate Coating

  • 150 g plant-based milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Line a 18x10 baking tin with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine all the filling ingredients.

  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking tin, press it down tightly, and place it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes or until the mixture is hard.

  4. Lay out a tray with a sheet of parchment paper or use a silicone mat.

  5. Melt the chocolate along with coconut oil and let it cool slightly.

  6. Once the filling mixture has firmed, remove it from the freezer and cut it into equal size bars.
