Microwave Pumpkin Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup/agave
- 3 tbsp. @wholefoods pumpkin purée
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. @bobsredmill almond flour
- 1 tbsp. @bobsredmill coconut flour
- 1 tsp. @primalpalate pumpkin pie spice {or cinnamon}
Preparation
In a microwaveable cereal bowl or mug, whisk together the egg, pumpkin purée, and pure maple syrup.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Top with Greek style yogurt and cinnamon.
