Vegan Tuna Fish Tacos with Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 8-10 corn/whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 3 packs @goodcatchfoods tuna
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
- Shredded cabbage
- Cilantro
- Lime or lemon juice
Preparation
Turn pan on medium heat and sauté onion.
Add @goodcatchfoods tuna, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Cook for 7-10 minutes until it gets golden on the edges.
Warm up your tortillas on the stove. Assemble your tacos with tuna, shredded cabbage, more lemon/lime juice, salsa of your choice and enjoy!
