Vegan Tuna Fish Tacos with Fresh Toppings

Ingredients

  • 8-10 corn/whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 3 packs @goodcatchfoods tuna
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

  • Shredded cabbage
  • Cilantro
  • Lime or lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Turn pan on medium heat and sauté onion.

  2. Add @goodcatchfoods tuna, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  3. Cook for 7-10 minutes until it gets golden on the edges.

  4. Warm up your tortillas on the stove. Assemble your tacos with tuna, shredded cabbage, more lemon/lime juice, salsa of your choice and enjoy!
