Mint & Chocolate, Tempeh and Tamari Sauce, Shaz and Jake Gyllenhaal
Ingredients
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c raspberry chia jam
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 c gluten free oats
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- 1/4 c rice malt or maple syrup
Preparation
Mix the oats, coconut oil and honey and let soak for 15 mins - you don't have to but the blondies will turn out chewier if you don't which isn't a massive issue
Mix all ingredients except the jam and pour into a small brownie pan. Top with the jam and using a sharp knife make marble patterns
Bake for 25 mins at 180°
