Mint & Chocolate, Tempeh and Tamari Sauce, Shaz and Jake Gyllenhaal


  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/2 c raspberry chia jam
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 c gluten free oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 c coconut oil
  • 1/4 c rice malt or maple syrup


  1. Mix the oats, coconut oil and honey and let soak for 15 mins - you don't have to but the blondies will turn out chewier if you don't which isn't a massive issue

  2. Mix all ingredients except the jam and pour into a small brownie pan. Top with the jam and using a sharp knife make marble patterns

  3. Bake for 25 mins at 180°
