Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of rolled oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 broken up @susprofoods mint chocolate protein bar
- Frozen banana
- A handful of frozen blackberries
- A handful of strawberries
- A little coconut milk (or milk to your taste)
- A spoonful of maple syrup (or sweetener to your taste)
- A few mint leaves
