Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of rolled oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 broken up @susprofoods mint chocolate protein bar
  • Frozen banana
  • A handful of frozen blackberries
  • A handful of strawberries
  • A little coconut milk (or milk to your taste)
  • A spoonful of maple syrup (or sweetener to your taste)
  • A few mint leaves
