Tropical Breakfast Parfait with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- strawberries
- 1 date
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon strawberry yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein
- chia pudding
- granola clusters
- nut butter
Preparation
Blend strawberries and 1 date to make strawberry purée.
Blend 4 strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tablespoon strawberry yogurt, and 1 tablespoon vanilla protein to make vanilla strawberry smoothie.
Prepare chia pudding as desired.
Assemble the parfait with smoothie, purée, chia pudding, and top with granola clusters, strawberry purée, and nut butter.
For serving, bring granola and add clusters every few spoonfuls to enjoy.
