2-Ingredient 10-Minute Vegan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 75g wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 75g Alpro plain unsweetened yogurt

Toppings

  • tomato basil sauce
  • vegan mozzarella
  • sweetcorn
  • bbq chicken
  • smashed avocado (optional, for dipping)
  • bbq sauce (optional, for dipping)

Preparation

  1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan in an oven set to 250°C

  2. Mix the ingredients, adding yogurt gradually and more flour if needed to form a dough

  3. Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes on a floured surface until it is not too sticky, adding more flour if necessary and keeping the surface well floured

  4. Form the dough into a ball and roll it out into a thin pizza shape

  5. Remove the pan from the oven, place it on the hob, turn on the stove, and quickly place the dough in the pan

  6. Cook until the dough bubbles up and is crispy on the bottom

  7. Add the toppings

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or longer if the cheese has not melted
