Crispy Teriyaki Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower

Batter

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened soy milk
  • 3/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets

  2. In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients until smooth

  3. Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter to coat evenly

  4. Arrange the coated florets on a baking sheet or air fryer basket

  5. Bake or air-fry at a high temperature until crispy and golden brown

  6. In a separate pan, combine the sauce ingredients and heat until well mixed and warmed through

  7. Toss the crispy cauliflower in the sauce until fully coated

  8. Serve immediately as an appetizer
