Crispy Teriyaki Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
Batter
- 1 cup plain unsweetened soy milk
- 3/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets
In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients until smooth
Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter to coat evenly
Arrange the coated florets on a baking sheet or air fryer basket
Bake or air-fry at a high temperature until crispy and golden brown
In a separate pan, combine the sauce ingredients and heat until well mixed and warmed through
Toss the crispy cauliflower in the sauce until fully coated
Serve immediately as an appetizer
