Delicious Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oat flour.
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder.
  • 1 t of arrowroot powder.
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar.
  • 2 t of maple syrup.
  • combine together to make crumbs. press down in a tart pan. this always takes me long to create the crust well. i’d say about 10-15 minutes is normal.
  • bake for 15 mins. leave to cool. place it in the fridge for a few hours.
  • chocolate filling:?
  • 1 can of coconut milk, full fat, shaken.
  • 10 ounces of chocolate (you could choose semi sweet or bitter sweet or unsweetened). break your chocolate into pieces and place into a medium heat proof bowl.
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

Preparation

  2. Press down in a tart pan

  6. Leave to cool

  7. Place it in the fridge for a few hours

  8. Chocolate filling:?

  9. Can of coconut milk, full fat, shaken

  10. Ounces of chocolate (you could choose semi sweet or bitter sweet or unsweetened). Break your chocolate into pieces and place into a medium heat proof bowl

  11. Cup of maple syrup, less if you’re using chocolate with sugar

  12. Warm up your coconut milk in a pan until it just reaches boiling. Turn it off quickly and pour the milk and pour into the bowl with your chocolate waiting. Leave to melt for a few minutes and then stir until the chocolate and milk are mixed well. Stir in your maple syrup. Pour into your tart. Refrigerate. Serve :) Enjoy
