Mini Cookie Skillet


  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate bar


  1. Preheat oven to 350f

  2. Whisk In a bowl the egg yolk then add in the almond flour, almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla

  3. Mix everything together well then fold in 2 tbsp of dark chocolate bar

  4. Grease a small cast iron skillet well, add in the cookie batter

  5. Add in a few more chocolate squares + sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on top

  6. Bake for 22-24 minutes

  7. Let cool and top with a little vanilla ice cream!
