Easy No-Knead Ciabatta Bread
Ingredients
- 325ml lukewarm water
- 3g fast action yeast
- 50ml olive oil
- 425g strong bread flour
- 10g salt
Preparation
In a container with a lid, combine all ingredients using a spatula; the dough will be sticky.
Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
After resting, dip your hands in water to prevent sticking, then stretch and fold each corner of the dough.
Let the dough rest for another 30 minutes.
Repeat the stretching and folding process, then allow to rest for another 30 minutes.
Generously flour the work surfaces and use a floured bench scraper or knife to cut the dough into rough rectangular shapes.
Transfer the shaped dough to a baking tray and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C fan until golden brown and crispy.
Tips
Using a container with a lid can speed up the proving process.
