Fresh Chamomile and Herb Tea

Ingredients

  • Chamomile
  • Blue corn flower
  • Calendula
  • Milky oats
  • Raw honey

Preparation

  1. Use one ounce of the herbal blend to make a quart of tea by steeping in hot water.

  2. Add raw honey to taste.

  3. Refrigerate for a cool tea drink.
