Green Asparagus and Lemon Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 bunch green asparagus
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 20 cL vegan liquid cream (such as soy cream)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Break the bottom of the asparagus to remove the light part.
In a saucepan, boil water.
Add a good dose of salt to this water.
Add the asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti in the same water for the time indicated on the package.
In a bowl, combine the liquid cream, lemon zest, and juice.
When the pasta is cooked, add the cut green asparagus and the lemon cream mixture to heat everything.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and eat immediately.
Notes
This is a perfect spring meal and very easy to make.
