Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- pinch of salt
- optional: 4 tbs of chia or flax
- toppings: whole milk, yogurt, almond butter, granola, maple syrup
Preparation
Bring the milk to a low boil, then pour in oats and salt and stir
Reduce to a simmer and allow to cook for about 2-5 minutes
Turn off the heat and cover those oats! let them sit for a few minutes while you get the toppings ready, then top and enjoy!
