Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk⁣
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • pinch of salt⁣
  • optional: 4 tbs of chia or flax⁣
  • toppings: whole milk, yogurt, ⁣almond butter⁣, granola, ⁣maple syrup⁣

Preparation

  1. Bring the milk to a low boil, then pour in oats and salt and stir

  2. Reduce to a simmer and allow to cook for about 2-5 minutes

  3. Turn off the heat and cover those oats! let them sit for a few minutes while you get the toppings ready, then top and enjoy!⁣
