Refreshing Watermelon Salsa Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup bell peppers
- 1/4 cup red onions
- 1/2-1 cup watermelon
- 1 avocado
- juice of 2 limes
- cilantro
- salt
Preparation
Cut the edge of a watermelon and then a little more at the bottom to make it sit.
Put in all your veggies and watermelon.
Finish it with cilantro, lime juice and salt.
Serve with tortilla chips or on tacos.
