Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pepper Pasta with Pastrami and Feta

Ingredients

  • red and yellow peppers
  • red onion
  • garlic
  • tomatoes
  • Himalayan salt
  • black pepper
  • balsamic vinegar
  • pastrami
  • red pesto
  • wholegrain spaghetti
  • mixed herbs
  • feta
  • seeded sourdough baguette

Preparation

  1. Cook the wholegrain spaghetti according to package instructions

  2. Chop the red and yellow peppers, red onion, garlic, and tomatoes

  3. Sauté the chopped vegetables with Himalayan salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar until tender

  4. Tear the pastrami into strips and stir it in with the red pesto.

  5. Combine the cooked pasta, sautéed vegetables, and pastrami mixture. Crumble feta on top

  6. Warm the seeded sourdough baguette and serve on the side
