Creamy Pasta with Mushrooms, Peas and Spinach

Ingredients

  • Half a block of silken tofu
  • 1 clove of garlic (can sub for garlic powder)
  • Splash of apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Splash of oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • Lots of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together to make the sauce.

  2. Stir the sauce through cooked pasta.
