Tamari Mushroom Pasta with Spinach
Ingredients
- 100g pasta of choice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 150g mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Large handful spinach
Preparation
Boil the pasta according to packaging instructions
Meanwhile, add the garlic, onion and mushrooms to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for around 5 minutes, until the mushrooms cook down
Add the tamari, oat milk and garlic salt, lower the heat, and stir for a further 2-3 minutes
Stir in the spinach and the pasta
Serve immediately
