Pasta with Tamari Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 100g pasta of choice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 150g mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Large handful spinach

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta according to packaging instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, add the garlic, onion and mushrooms to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for around 5 minutes, until the mushrooms cook down.

  3. Add the tamari, oat milk and garlic, lower the heat, and stir for a further 2-3 minutes.

  4. Stir in the spinach and the pasta and serve immediately.
