THE BEST EASY VEGAN CARBONARA

Ingredients

  • lots of tagliatelle, or other pasta
  • ✨ smoked tofu + black salt + turmeric
  • ✨ 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ✨ tiny splash of milk
  • ✨ small pinch of turmeric
  • ✨ black pepper
  • ✨ few tbsp vegan cream cheese

Preparation

  1. Ook the pasta to package instructions

  2. Meanwhile, crumble the tofu into a frying pan & sauté with some black salt & turmeric

  3. Set aside & sauté the garlic clove

  4. Drain spaghetti, transfer to the frying pan with the garlic

  5. Stir in mylk, more turmeric, black pepper & cream cheese

  6. Stir the sautéed tofu into the pasta

  7. Serve with: air fried vegan sausages (i went for lindas!)

  8. Cashew parmesan

  9. Coconut bacon
