Vegan Cheesecake with Tangerine Topping

Ingredients

Dough

  • 300g white flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g vegan butter
  • Pinch of salt

Cheese

  • 200g vegan butter
  • 200g sugar
  • 1kg vegan curd
  • 70g vanilla pudding powder
  • 200ml rice milk
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Tangerines

Preparation

  1. Prepare the dough and put it in the fridge for one hour.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  3. Mix all ingredients for the cheese.

  4. Grease a baking pan.

  5. Roll out the dough and place it into a baking form.

  6. Pour in the cheese batter.

  7. Add the tangerines.

  8. Bake it for 1 hour.

  9. Let it cool down before you cut and eat it.
