Vegan Cheesecake with Tangerine Topping
Ingredients
Dough
- 300g white flour
- 100g sugar
- 200g vegan butter
- Pinch of salt
Cheese
- 200g vegan butter
- 200g sugar
- 1kg vegan curd
- 70g vanilla pudding powder
- 200ml rice milk
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Tangerines
Preparation
Prepare the dough and put it in the fridge for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all ingredients for the cheese.
Grease a baking pan.
Roll out the dough and place it into a baking form.
Pour in the cheese batter.
Add the tangerines.
Bake it for 1 hour.
Let it cool down before you cut and eat it.
