Vegan Saffron Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- gluten-free pasta
- a spoonful of raw cashew butter
- olive oil
- a pinch of turmeric powder
- freshly ground saffron
- cardamom
- capers or olives
- more oil
- saffron threads
- nutritional yeast
Preparation
Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Boil the gluten-free pasta in extra salty water.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce.
Top with capers or olives, more oil, saffron threads, and nutritional yeast.
