Caffeine-Free Ashwagandha Cacao Latte for Stress Relief

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot plant milk (I use Oatly or New Barn Organics)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp Navitas Organics cacao powder
  • a dash of Ashwagandha powder (I used Moodbeli)
  • a dash of rhodiola powder (I used Mountain Rose Herbs)
  • 1 date (optional)

Preparation

  1. Ashwagandha and rhodiola are adaptogens that help with de-stressing; use powder form in lattes as a little goes a long way.

  2. Blend all ingredients until frothy.

  3. Enjoy on its own or top with marshmallows or rose petals.
