Caffeine-Free Ashwagandha Cacao Latte for Stress Relief
Ingredients
- 1 cup hot plant milk (I use Oatly or New Barn Organics)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tsp Navitas Organics cacao powder
- a dash of Ashwagandha powder (I used Moodbeli)
- a dash of rhodiola powder (I used Mountain Rose Herbs)
- 1 date (optional)
Preparation
Ashwagandha and rhodiola are adaptogens that help with de-stressing; use powder form in lattes as a little goes a long way.
Blend all ingredients until frothy.
Enjoy on its own or top with marshmallows or rose petals.
