Blue Butterfly Milk Latte with Ashwagandha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosewater
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
  • fresh violets for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients on low-medium, whisking to break up any clumps in the powders.

  2. Pour into a milk frother to create nice foam.

  3. Garnish with fresh violets.
