Blue Butterfly Milk Latte with Ashwagandha
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon rosewater
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- 1/2 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
- fresh violets for garnish
Preparation
In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients on low-medium, whisking to break up any clumps in the powders.
Pour into a milk frother to create nice foam.
Garnish with fresh violets.
