Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup nut milk of choice or water
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 7 ice cubes (about 2 handfuls)
  • OPTIONAL: maple syrup, stevia powder - for sweetness
  • OPTIONAL: pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add a little more almond milk or water if needed to facilitate blending.

  3. If the shake isn't sweet enough, add a tablespoon of maple syrup and blend again.

  4. Pour and enjoy immediately.
