Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup nut milk of choice or water
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 7 ice cubes (about 2 handfuls)
- OPTIONAL: maple syrup, stevia powder - for sweetness
- OPTIONAL: pinch of Himalayan salt
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a little more almond milk or water if needed to facilitate blending.
If the shake isn't sweet enough, add a tablespoon of maple syrup and blend again.
Pour and enjoy immediately.
