Creamy Mushroom Penne
Ingredients
- 150g mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- a branch of rosemary & thyme
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 70g almond cream (or soy cream)
- 3 tbsp water
Preparation
Cut the mushrooms, press the garlic clove
In a pan, heat the oil, add the mushrooms, garlic and all the spieces and simmer until golden
Add the almond cream and the water and simmer for another 2-3 minutes
Pour the sauce over the noodles
