Creamy Mushroom Penne

Ingredients

  • 150g mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • a branch of rosemary & thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 70g almond cream (or soy cream)
  • 3 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Cut the mushrooms, press the garlic clove

  2. In a pan, heat the oil, add the mushrooms, garlic and all the spieces and simmer until golden

  3. Add the almond cream and the water and simmer for another 2-3 minutes

  4. Pour the sauce over the noodles
