Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white beans
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ️1 garlic clove
- ️Pink Himalayan salt
- black pepper & red chili flakes
- to taste
Preparation
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth
Add more water if needed and adjust seasoning to taste
Pour over pasta and enjoy
